Terms of service.
These terms apply to the RESToRe Lab website at cajigaslab.org and the meeting-scheduling page at schedule.cajigaslab.org. Using either means accepting them. Last updated 10 September 2026.
What these sites are
cajigaslab.org publishes information about the research, people, and clinical interests of the RESToRe Lab in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Pennsylvania. schedule.cajigaslab.org is a self-hosted tool for booking meeting time with Dr. Cajigas. Both are operated by the lab.
Not medical advice, and not a clinical channel
Everything on these sites is general information about neurosurgical research and practice. It is not medical advice, does not establish a physician-patient relationship, and must not be relied on for decisions about your own care. Descriptions of procedures, devices, and trials are educational; whether any of it applies to a particular person is a question for that person and their own clinicians.
The scheduling page is not a clinical communication system. Do not use it to describe symptoms, request medical advice, transmit health information, or report anything urgent. Patients and families should reach the clinical team through Penn Medicine or MyPennMedicine. In an emergency, call 911.
Booking meetings
Submitting the form requests a meeting; the time is held once you receive a confirmation. Please supply an accurate name and email so the meeting can be confirmed and, if necessary, changed.
Meetings may need to be moved or cancelled at short notice — clinical and operating-room duties take precedence, and that is a normal part of a surgical schedule. Cancellation and rescheduling links are included in the confirmation. Availability shown on the page reflects a live calendar and can change between the moment it loads and the moment you submit.
The scheduling page is provided for legitimate professional contact. Automated scraping, bulk or repeated speculative bookings, attempts to probe or disrupt the service, and use of the message field to send unsolicited commercial content are not permitted, and bookings made that way may be cancelled without notice.
Content and intellectual property
Text, images, logos, and figures on cajigaslab.org belong to the RESToRe Lab or its contributors unless credited otherwise, and the RESToRe Lab name and marks belong to the lab. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to this material. Republishing substantial portions, or using lab or University of Pennsylvania marks to suggest endorsement, requires written permission.
Publications are listed for scholarly reference and remain subject to the copyright of their respective publishers. Software released by the lab is governed by whatever licence accompanies it.
External links
These sites link to Penn Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania, clinical-trial registries, journals, and other outside resources. Those destinations are not controlled by the lab and their content and privacy practices are their own.
Availability and disclaimer
Both sites are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The scheduling page runs on lab-operated hardware and may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside the control of the lab. Information is published in good faith and kept current where practical, but it may not be complete or error-free.
